I have both credit card and auto insurance thru USAA. I messed up and sent my CC payment to the auto insurance acct. USAA was smart enough to transfer the payment to the credit card. Thus USAA is awsome.
I still remember fondly an exchange at a party where I ended up saying "But I like my insurance company too much to do that to them." Someone else checked that that meant I had USAA :-}.
